Hall of Fame service: Tiffany & Co.

tiffany-bldg.jpg My wrist watch from Tiffany & Co. recently started running slow. Turns out it was in need of periodic maintenance.

Tiffany & Co. handled everything – our discussions and the servicing – in an outstanding way. Peggy Cush and Shannon Kelly from Tiffany & Co. provided customer service that was professional in every regard.

The experience demonstrated to me that Tiffany & Co. cares about their customers. An experience so good, the company transformed me from an ordinary customer into a raving fan.
